Looking for short let over the summer

I’m unexpectedly having to leave my current home while I already have plans to move in with a friend in October, and need somewhere to stay in the interim. Looking for something decent but as cheap as possible, haha! Move in date is flexible to a degree, but can’t go further than about mid-June.

I work in music, and do work from home most of the time, so space for a desk would be preferred (or a space to work in the living room or something, or if the commute to Temple is short enough to do every day).

I’m pretty easygoing and like to think I’m nice to live with. Happy to make new friends and do things together, but also fine with respecting personal space and minding my business if that’s the vibe. I come with a bit of a jungle, but whatever plants don’t fit will live with my friend, so it would be totally up to you if they appear in communal spaces :)

I’m usually either working or watching TV unless I have something special on, so I’m not exactly a bother, haha!
