My name is Miguel, and I’m looking for a double room or studio flat.

I’m currently going through a separation from my wife, and it’s no longer financially viable for me to continue renting the flat we shared in Laindon. While I may be on the older side I assure you I have a youthful outlook and energy that many would say belies my age.

I’m self-employed and teach as well as host spiritually focused retreats. In addition, I present three radio shows. I’m a quiet, private, and tidy individual, and having had some difficult experiences with previous house shares, I’m looking for a respectful and relatively peaceful environment.

Ideally, I would prefer an unfurnished room, as I have my own furniture, and I would need the ability to set up a private internet connection—primarily for my live radio broadcasts. If it’s possible to transfer my existing Virgin broadband service, that would be ideal.

I love cooking, sci-fi, nature, and quiet me-time. I have no issue with pets. I don't smoke, but I do vape.
