Professional Looking to Buddy Up for a 2-Bed Flat

Hello! I am a 38-year-old marketing professional working full-time in White City. I am looking to buddy up to find a well-maintained 2-bedroom flat, ideally with an en-suite double bedroom and a straightforward commute to work. My budget is up to £1,500 pcm for my share of the rent, and I am looking to move in September or October 2026.

I have lived in London for several years and am looking for a place that feels like home rather than somewhere that is just temporary.

I am clean, tidy, considerate and respectful of shared spaces. I am friendly and enjoy the occasional chat, meal or a drink, but I also value privacy, independence and a calm home after work.
I would ideally like to live with someone who has a similar balance and is comfortable discussing practical things such as cleaning, guests, bills and shared spaces openly.

Outside work, I enjoy going to the gym, cooking and baking, trying new restaurants, exploring London and travelling.

Ideally, I am looking for a modern, well-maintained 2-bedroom flat with good storage and separate bathrooms. I would prefer Zone 1 Zone 2 (North, North West, West) and preferably within 10 mins of a tube station.
