Looking for a double room in SW London

Hiya! I'm a 29-year old gal, starting a new job in Sutton and relocating from Cornwall! I'm looking for a double room in a friendly house share in SW London, where we can enjoy spending time together, but also respect each other's space and privacy. I am super tidy and love a clean, bright space. I enjoy socialising and discovering new places, but also appreciate a quiet downtime. Available parking would be a bonus!

My Budget is around £950. Looking at Tooting/Streatham/Clapham/Balham

I enjoy being active/exploring new places, markets and shops, going to festivals and eating great food! Love doing yoga and going to the gym and I'm always down for walks in the park, a glass of wine after work and a pub quiz!
