Hello there
After moving away from the isle of wight. I have a tenancy of 3 months as a lodger.
So would be looking for something else in February next year.
Do not want to share with students or international people
The room and house MUST be kept clean as I have dust allergies.
No strong chemicals please or scented candles as these make me very ill.
Also it must have halogen hob for cooking as cooking with gas makes me feel unwell also.
Working for the church doing missionary work . So sometimes work from home and mostly out all day when I have meetings.
Ideally would like to share with 1 person only if possible who works during the daytime.
NO AGENTS PLEASE AS I CANT AFFORD TO PAY A DEPOSIT only RENT IN ADVANCE OF MAXIMUM
I am a Christian so I would look after the property and pay rent on time and very quiet and private person. Also extremely clean and tidy with very little belongings.
If anyone can help with a small bedsit this would be even better.
I could pay 1 month upfront with moving in. But may struggle to pay a deposit.
