Looking for a peaceful and clean home

Hi!

I'm a working professional (work in tutoring/Education) and looking for a new home, as my landlord has just sold his house, where I have lived for almost 2 years.
I have regular monthly income and my budget is £550-600 month, once all bills are included. Don’t mind the size of the room/bed, as long as I can fit in a small desk and chair in the space.
I'm looking for a place that it's peaceful, and especially quiet at night times for good sleep. More about me: I'm very tidy and clean, and in the mornings I like to go out like going to the gym, doing shopping or going for a walk. I'm usually at home in the evenings as almost everyone, although for me is work time as it's when I take some videocalls (I use headphones to keep it quiet), most of the time between 4pm to 7:30pm or sometimes until 8:30pm Mon-Fri, and weekends usually from 10:30am to 1:30pm approximately (it varies). I'm flexible to discuss these times and adjust them ligtly to adapt to the household's life if necessary.
Also, I travel often, like visiting family in Barcelona, etc, so I may be out of the house/flat about 3 times a year for about 1 or 2 weeks each time. I can be sociable or happy on my own space.
With regards to the length of the let, I'm happy with a short one or just an agreement with about 14 days notice or so. Open to renew the let or living more than 6 months if we are both happy later on.

I'd like to move in a new home in about 7-10 days ideally, so I'm interested in viewing the place soon.
