Professional Male Looking for Room/Buddy Up!

I'm a 30 year old Analyst at Deloitte looking for a room/buddy up. I would from home 1-3 days a week, so would need a room big enough to accommodate this. I am also looking for an unfurnished room as I have a bed, dresser, etc that I would need to take with me.

Outside of work I play badminton most Saturday mornings, I enjoy going for hikes, going to gigs, and the occasional wild camp. Ive been a landscape photographer for just over 10 years as well and have recently got into shooting 35mm film!

I spend most nights at my partner's place down the Bay, so will rarely be home and I'm really just looking for a base to sleep, work, play football manager, and store my things.

I'm hoping to live anywhere more professional focused (so anywhere but Cathays really!) so if that all sounds good, don't hesitate to get in contact.
