**LOOKING TO RENT A ROOM OR DOUBLE ROOM FOR LONG-TERM ACCOMMODATION IN SUSSEX IN FEBRUARY 2025**
Hello, I’m Jake
I? m looking for a change of scenery and am now actively looking to move this year.
I? m 33 and work full-time.
I am a freelance worker and work in journalism, acting, broadcasting and occasionally maintenance.
I currently receive financial assistance from Universal Credit to support me (£700 + a month).
I am financially stable and come with a guarantor, bank statements, a good credit score, as well as references.
I consider myself to be a full-time working professional.
I am very tidy and organised and like to be out early and back late, as I like to keep busy, active and work as many hours as I can.
I’m also a non-drinker, non-smoker and don’t really play loud music or host loud parties.
Ideally, I’d be looking to move in the spring and from the 8th of the month - as that’s when I receive my Universal Credit money on the 8th of every month.
My hobbies include acting, the theatre, reading, music, comedy, sport, festivals, journalism, and even (reluctantly) a little bit of politics.
As previously stated, I am very clean, tidy and organised and like to keep everything spotless.
I will go out of my way to help keep your property constantly tidy.
I come with references, bank statements and good credit checks/scores
I would have to give 4-weeks notice and after that I would be able to move into your property.
Kind regards,
Jake James Harrison
