35-year-old female looking for a double room.

I'm a 35 year-old creative woman studying a songwriting degree in the Academy of Contemporary Music.
Looking for a large double room to move in for long-term.

I am currently living in a short term let and I am available to move in immediately to a new long term home.

I am looking for a large double room that would be max £800 bills included but would prefer £700-750. As a student I would be exempt from Council tax but happy to pay it if needed.
Preferred location would be North or East London.
Would love to have enough space in the room to move around and do yoga and wooden floor would be ideal.

I'm an easy-going, friendly, clean and tidy, non-smoking person, and considerate of other people.
Ecstatic dancing is my hobby, I also meditate, do Qi-gong and love to sing, draw and paint and I'm a big plant lover. Love going to cafes, events, out to eat and exploring all London has to offer and walking in nature.

I enjoy a relaxed, calm home with good vibes where to come after a busy day :) with lovely conversations, laugher and positive energy.
I’m respectful of other people’s privacy and like to socialise as well.
Not interested in a party house but gatherings and dinners are great.

Been living in London since 2016 and staying here after my studies so looking for a harmonious home with lovely people :)
