Looking for quiet, respectful, reliable

Hi everyone,

I’m on the hunt for a room for the next year or so. I'm on a career-break writing 'that novel', and need somewhere to finish that. Although not currently working I can prove I have sufficient funds to get by. Back in the real world I worked in digital comms (and, a lifetime or two ago, analytical chemistry).

A bit about me: I'm originally from NZ but have been here 30 years. I love London’s night life: cabaret, gigs, pubs, clubs, theatre, galleries, museums, etc. All the things we’re not allowed to do!

I'm easy-going, friendly and reliable – references aren’t a problem. I’m tidy and fully house-trained – the seat goes back down! I also love animals, so any dogs or cats are a bonus for me.

Important - I'm not looking to share with racists or anti-vaxxers please. And no agents thanks.

I’m up for a glass of something chilled with whoever I'm sharing with, but I do have my own life and need to focus on the book.

I'm in no rush and am looking for the right fit. Have preferred areas but will consider anywhere. I also have a push bike that needs to be parked somewhere.
