Friendly Australian looking for a flat

Hi, I just got a job working as a Talent Coach at the Leeds Performance Development Academy for British Rowing. I am moving from Cambridge where I was working as a safety officer/lab manager in the Genetics Department at Cambridge Uni. I'm always down for a relaxed night in, cooking together and watching a movie, or going out exploring a new city.

I am a very clean and organised tenant/housemate and take pride in ensuring my home is always in great condition. I'm also a non-smoker but don't mind living with those who smoke.

I don't have any pets, but would love to live in a house that does.

I am preferably looking for a double room with bills included but am willing to consider other options. Furnished is necessary.
