Young design professional -room in brum city flate

i am a young design manager and in the near future I would like to move from where I currently live in Acocks Green to a more up market and interesting location in Birmingham city center. I have lived with flat mates before and in my experience personality is a key factor when it comes to people enjoying living in the same flat. If I was to describe my own personality I would say I? m easygoing, polite, generous, quite tidy and up for a good laugh.
