Single professional looking for studio/1 bedroom

Hi there! I am a 27-year old single professional with a permanent contract in the field of healthcare consulting, and I'm looking for a 1-bedroom flat or a studio in zone 2 (North of the river).

I plan to move in mid June ideally and I'm after a 1-year tenancy contract (extendable to more years if all works out well). My budget is £1,500, bills included. I'm very clean and organised, I have no pets, I'm a non-smoker and I take excellent care of my home. I'm also able to provide a reference from my current landlord and my current manager if needed, as well as proof of my permanent contract.
