Student room

I am a mature 2nd year student looking for a studio to rent with a live out landlord. Ideally a private student halls or any property with a live out landlord.
Furnished only (would love room to have a desk)
Has to be walking distance/ easy bus ride to Frenchay Campus.
6 months tenancy minimum

I will be fully occupied with uni work (especially since I am retaking) so don’t plan on going out other than for the gym, uni, work, walks or grocery shopping. I am a very clean and polite person and could live with anyone that is at least clean!

I am open to Monday - Friday lets.

I work part time in Cabot circus. I have my deposit and guarantor ready and could move in anytime from September.
