Fit woman in her 60s seeking a self-contained room / studio / annexe in S / SW London. An hour’s commute is also fine (I used to live in Worthing)..
Privacy and my own space essential, but I am social and enjoy a glass of wine.
I am a professional pet sitter living in clients’ properties while they are away.
Regular clients are mostly around Putney, Wimbledon, Kingston areas. I could be away for days / weeks but doing my own thing between bookings.
I would like a reasonable rent as I will often be absent. Pref bills included and the use of a washing machine.
Near public transport as I do not intend buying a car.
