28yo professional looking for room or buddy up

Hi, I'm Matt. I'm a 28 year old professional who's moving back to Manchester in the next few weeks.

I'm looking for a flatshare or a buddy up either in the city centre (preferably around Ancoats, but would consider other areas) or South Manchester around Didsbury/Withington. I have previously lived in Manchester for around 10 years so I know the city well and have friends here etc.

I'm an easy going housemate. I'm tidy and clean, and would like to live with flatmates that enjoy socialising together sometimes. I've used Spareroom multiple times in the past and have always got on really well with the people I've found on here.

In my spare time, I like playing sport (football and squash mostly), going to the cinema, playing board games, and going out with friends.

I'm fairly flexible with when I can move in, although ideally would be mid-late October.
