Room wanted in professional house share

I am looking for a place in a friendly residential area (preferably Harborne or Sutton Coldfield but open to anywhere near cross city line)

I currently live in an unfurnished flat so able to furnish a room if needed. I've lived in houseshares previously and looking for likeminded people to live with (i. e. professionals who work 9-5). I'm typically in the office 4 days a week so would work from home one day a week.

I'm very tidy and like to reset at the weekends by cleaning up my flat so would fit in well to a house with tidy housemates. But equally up for socialising once I've reset!
