Looking for a room in a flat share!

Hi :) I'm looking for a room in the Falmouth/ Penryn area, ready to begin a tenancy any time from now.

A bit about me- I'm working towards a career as a visual artist and since my degree I've mostly worked in art tutoring and freelance writing.

I haven't been in work for the past 6 months as I've been recovering from M. E. For this reason I would need somewhere that was open to me initially paying rent via Universal Credit (I have an open claim). I'll most likely be getting back into work in about 2 or 3 months time- I'm close to being fully recovered and I'm doing a little bit of freelance writing and will be doing an online course over the next few months.

I'm tidy and respectful, & ideally i'd like to live with people who I've got some things in common with who could become friends rather than just housemates.

I'm not looking for a flat that has a lot of afterparties or, at the other end, a flat where people are very uptight about small things- somewhere laid back but respectful would be ideal.

Budget is a maximum of £400 a month not including bills. If anyone has anything available and you think we might get along please get in touch. Thanks!
