French Professional looking for an ensuite

Hello all,

I am a 30-year-old professional looking for a place to settle in long term in London. I am planning on taking on more hours at work and would like to cut down my commuting time, so any place within a 10 minute walk to a station would be ideal.

My budget is around £1000/pcm, however I am open to adjusting it for the right place.

A spacious en-suite within a quiet home is what I am after; a space where I can have a WFH setup for the two days a week I am working from home, and bright enough for all my plants to thrive. Although I do appreciate my privacy, I also welcome the thought of socialising from time to time, which is why it is important to me to find compatible and trustworthy housemates.

I am no stranger to house shares and do prefer a smaller constellation of people to live with. Cleanliness is of the utmost importance to me to feel at home and I am hoping to share a living space with someone who shares similar values.

In my free time I like to indulge in my many interests and hobbies; I am an avid cinema goer who is also particularly passionate about dance, fitness, video games and meditation among other things. Even better when I can share these with others.

I can provide references from work, current and past landlords as well as my current right to rent status if necessary.

I am looking forward to finding a place we can make into our cozy home together.
