28 y/o looking for a room in a house/flatshare!

Hi! I’m Kristina, 28, and I’m about to start a new role as a Dietitian in the NHS at St Thomas’ Hospital.
I’m looking for a friendly, clean home with an easy commute there, as I’ll mainly be working on site rather than from home.

I’m originally from Exeter and studied in Southampton and Plymouth before moving back home. I’m very happy to do a phone call and virtual viewing initially, and can come to see the place in person as soon as possible.

I own my own flat in Exeter and have had several lodgers over the years, many of whom I now call friends, so I really understand how to be a respectful, reliable, and tidy person to live with. I enjoy cooking and chatting over dinner, watching a series together, and creating a relaxed, friendly house atmosphere, while also appreciating everyone’s need for their own space.

At weekends I'd like to explore London, browse charity shops, visit cafés, go to events, and enjoy the occasional night out. I’m active and enjoy gym classes, pole dancing, running, and trying new things. I’m ideally looking for a house that feels like a home, rather than just somewhere to sleep.

Budget: up to £1,000 pcm including bills (with some flexibility for the right place).
Move-in: flexible, ideally before mid-January.

As my job starts soon, I’m open to a short-term sublet initially while I look for something permanent ☺️ However, I’d also be very happy with a long-term stay if it feels like a good fit with the house and people.
