Quiet Easy Going Flatmate Needing A Room Asap

Generally pretty chill and like to keep the place clean, normally keep myself to myself and dont really bring friends round all too often if at all.

landlord of 5 years has sold the property and new landlord wants the house empty to do renovations so i find myself in need of a house as soon as i can get one.

Bills included is my only major ask.
But as long as the showers decent, wifi is good and bed aint a springy mess im not too fussy bout where it is. Athough close to a main road/bus stop and a shop would be nice :)

i dont smoke but dont mind smokers of any kind.
rarely drink at home.
