Student Looking For A Room Near Colchester Campus

I'm a student, looking to move into a house/room for the whole length of y last year, I'm looking to move in by 25th of September , ideally, but i might opt to move in early October

Id be looking for something MAXIMUM 30 min walking distance from university, within 300-440 GBP, be that in Greenstead, near the town, or in Wivenhoe

I'm mostly interested in contracts 9-10 months possibly 11 if that is necessary. I'm looking for a room with a roomy deskspace, or a place for one since i study graphical design and need to accommodate my PC. I'm relatively quiet, but i do have a speaking job at the computer ( live coaching) for which i need to speak in my normal, clear voice for 2 hours a day. Nobody i've lived with has complained thus far, as i am very considerate of my housemates.
I hope i can find something suitable :)
