Looking for buddy up for two bed place

I am a 31 year old professional looking for a buddy up - ideally a girl around my age who wants to look for a two-bed place together.

I’m currently living in Brighton in a short term let and I’m heading to New Zealand travelling in December for 6 weeks, so I’m looking for a place for longer term when I get back in early February. I’ll still be relatively new to Brighton so would be looking to live with a friendly and sociable housemate. I do have lots of friends in Sussex and London though so wouldn’t rely on my housemate for a social life! I’m a tidy and considerate flatmate and I’m into cooking, stand up comedy, sea swimming and walking in the south downs. I am also part of the 🏳️‍🌈 community.

I’m definitely wanting a place with some kind of outside space. An en-suite is preferred but not an essential :) locations I’m looking for is somewhere in Brighton or Hove (where it is easy to get a car park permit!). Currently living just off the level which is really nice.
