Professional Male seeks a single or double room

I am a professional male, aged 41 looking for a single or double room. I am available to move from 25/02/2020 and have a budget of ?400pcm, could push up to ?450pcm, but that would depend on the specs of the room given. I would like to share with males or females of any age. I currently live in Ingleby Barwick. I would preferably like to stay in the area to be near to work or maybe thornaby.
