Clean, tidy, friendly, quiet female looking 4 dbl

Hello potential flatmate/s :-)

I'm Anne, looking for a friendly, clean, tidy and quiet place to share with respectful and welcoming people. A home, not a place to crash. Hoping for a friendly environment without the expectation to socialise regularly, the occasional chat would be nice though. We're humans after all :-)

I have lived in flatshares for many years, meaning I'm well house-trained and know how to keep a place neat and homely. I even come with my own Dyson :-)

The landlord wants to sell, and so I'm looking for my next long-term home.

A garden and/or a nearby park would be great as I love green spaces (Who doesn't?). A cosy oasis rather than a party flat, a space to retreat and let the soul relax.

Ideal areas would be Angel or Hackney but I'm open as long it's within up to 1 hr walking distance, a 30 mins' bus ride or a 20 mins' Overground/tube ride from the Embankment area (work).

I have a full-time and permanent job in marketing, and I work from the office 3 days/week.

When not at work, I enjoy a good balance between being active (travelling, spending time in nature, exercising like yoga and weights, a bit of kung fu) and just being lazy, like spending the day on the sofa doing pretty much nothing.

Move-in date is flexible at this point.
