I’m looking for a studio flat for myself, with a maximum budget of £1,250 per month including bills.

I’m a reliable, clean, and respectful tenant. I’m a creative professional and also a student, so I’m usually busy with work, studying, and creative projects. I take good care of where I live and value a calm, tidy space.

I’m quiet, organised, and responsible with rent and bills. I’m looking for somewhere I can settle into long-term and treat as home.
