Looking for a double room/Southside preferred!

I am need of a space from anytime - latest June. I currently live and work in Govanhill and need the space to be Southside or near the river. I have been living with my live-in-landlord pal for the past two years but the time has come where she needs her living room (my bedroom) free’d up as she is now working from home. I work full time as a chef in a well loved Southside restaurant and study counselling part time at Strathclyde University.

I am out of the flat almost all of Thursday - Sunday for work and get home rather late at 12am. I spend all day on Tuesdays at class.

I enjoy chatting and socialising in the flat and welcome spending time with anybody who also loves cooking, listening to music and chats but otherwise spend my time at home doing yoga and stretching/partaking in my hobby of the month/writing/playing music/fannying around. Would prefer living with the gals, the gays and the they’s.

I like my space to look nice and to be clean but feel comfortable and have personality. I’m good at keeping things tidy and I’m also able to relax when odd things are lying around/dishes get done the next morning etc. I prefer a flatmate who isn’t obsessive with cleaning and tidying but rather just has a mutual and shared respect for the shared space. Me and my current flatmate would help each other out with tasks if we could see that the other was under a lot of work/study stress and we were both understanding of each others busy schedules whilst also doing our best to keep things looking and feeling nice so that’s my ideal situation regarding that.
