Kiwi looking for room in friendly London flat!

I am on the hunt for a large single room or double in an easy going and friendly London home!

I have been in the UK for 6 months and need a place from the 24th Feb. I work Mon-Fri and try to spend time exploring London and travelling. My max budget is ?640 per month including bills.

I am flexible on location, as long as I am nice and close to a good park and/or the river!

The biggest factor really is the people - I would like to live in a home where I can be relaxed. My ideal flat mates would be keen for a chat and a tv night, but I am not after a party flat and enjoy the option of quiet times!

I like to live in a clean and tidy space so like-minded people and/or a regular cleaner would be great!
