Full-time PT/Lifeguard seeking new room from July

Hey!

I'm Darren, 32, working as a PT instructor and lifeguard at Salford Uni, looking for a new place as my contract is expiring at the end of July. Ideally looking for a place totalling £550 including bills.

Have lived in Salford since moving to Manchester over two years ago, but am open to most neighbourhoods to get a new dynamic with living here!

Very easy going, will enjoy engaging in conversation over a coffee in the morning or unwinding from a day or work in the evening. Love fitness and exercise, and will very likely walk/cycle to work (bonus if a place has a bike shed of some description).

Typically an early-bird, so I normally wake up early and rarely stay up extremely late! Will most likely chill out to some youtube or video games during my free time if I haven't yet been out for a walk/run/workout.
