Currently renting and live on my own however due to increase in rent, its becoming more unaffordable.
I am looking to potentially move beginning of July.

I want to be close to Manchester City center. Manchester it self or Salford.

Im 32 years old gay single working professional in the finance sector (28k annually a year]

Looking for working professionals also to either be apart of the LGBTIA+ community or an ally. (Friendly)

Looking for a double room, ensuite preferred. Spacial communal area (enough storage and a space in the fridge/freezer) Must have a washing machine

400-£700pcm (highest needs to have bills inc as trying to save monies)

Must be flexible as maybe a challenge to pay deposit+1st month rent all in one go.
I'm able to provide employment references also and payslips
