Creative professional seeking a room in Manchester

Hi,
Having spent a decade in London, I've decided to move away from my creative careers and into a corporate one. I'll be starting a new role in Cybersecurity in Manchester and looking to move anytime from 1st March.

ME:
I'm quite a creative person (photographer, musician, stylist) and would be great to share with like-minded people but not essential. Music-wise I'm into Radiohead/Bjork/Sigur Ros kinda vibes. I like going to gigs a lot, especially orchestral-based stuff. Also big into my fitness & nutrition, and like all the normal other things too - events, socialising, movies, fashion etc. Lived in many house-shares so am very tidy and respectful of others and expect you to be too.

THE ROOM:
Looking for a quiet relaxing place that I can enjoy spending time in. Happy to spend a bit more on a nice place if it's Central and has amenities like a gym/swimming pool included. Need somewhere with good wardrobe space and a bed - that's pretty much it! Ideally sharing with one other person only.

YOU:
Living with someone I get on with is far more important to me - would love to have a creative soul to share the place with. Would mutually respect each other's space but also have the occasional dinner/chat. Being tidy is also a must too, and non-smokers preferred also.
