I’m Joshua, a quiet, respectful and responsible tenant looking for a fully self‑contained home anywhere within London. I have recently been awarded PIP (Enhanced Daily Living & Mobility) and receive UC LCWRA, giving me a stable monthly income of £1,603 outside of housing costs. I am also supported by my council’s Housing Inclusion Service, who can assist with deposit, rent in advance, affordability checks, and tenancy setup if needed.

Due to ongoing medical issues, I have some essential requirements:

• Fully self‑contained accommodation (no shared facilities)
• Ground floor or lift‑accessible (difficulty with stairs)
• A bath (medically required for my condition)
• Ideally private outdoor space (garden or spacious balcony)
• Unfurnished preferred, but I’m open to furnished if suitable
• London area (flexible on boroughs)

About Me

I am a friendly , easy going guy, and live a very quiet lifestyle (even pre deterioration in health), keep my home clean and tidy, value my home and living space and am looking for a peaceful, stable place to recover from surgery and manage my health going forward.

I cannot provide a guarantor due to a domestic abuse situation involving my father, but I can provide:

• proof of PIP and UC LCWRA
• medical evidence if required

LHA / Housing Benefit

I currently receive the 1‑bedroom LHA rate, but due to overnight care needs I am undergoing a suitability review which may entitle me to the 2‑bedroom LHA rate.
