Hi, I’m Joshua — a respectful, quiet and considerate person currently looking for a stable long-term home following a difficult change in personal circumstances.

I’m currently receiving LCWRA Universal Credit due to ongoing health conditions whilst awaiting specialist treatment and surgery, so having a calm, safe and suitable living environment is extremely important for both my physical and mental wellbeing.

I’m very clean, organised and respectful of other people’s space and privacy. I don’t drink heavily, cause disturbances or host parties, and I value a peaceful home environment. I spend most of my time quietly keeping to myself, attending medical appointments, focusing on recovery and working towards rebuilding stability in my life.

I am specifically looking for:

- a self-contained or peaceful living arrangement;
- clean and well-maintained accommodation;
- respectful and understanding housemates/landlords;
- and ideally some form of outdoor access due to medical needs.

I’m friendly, polite and easy to get along with, and I always aim to communicate openly and honestly throughout the renting process.
