Friendly guy seeks room to rent

Hello everyone,
A slightly different advert from the usual!
Temporary 1-week accommodation needed.

I’m looking to move from London to Leeds, and starting to view properties in the area.
I'm looking for a room for a week or so as I do viewings.
I will also be bringing my laptop so I can work - wifi access would be great.

It will be an as / when situation, depending on when I can block book a few viewings.
I don’t have any requirements or preferences either, I simply just need a room (or even a sofa!) to stay as I work & do my business in Leeds.

I’m a very tidy, clean and quiet person (no junk food here - I'm actually considering bringing my steamer along so I can keep up my daily intake of vegetables!)
