I’m Loz, 27. I have a room in my flat available.

Little bit about me- I work in events and work Monday-Friday, 9-5 and go out to see music and friends during the weekends sometimes travel outside of bristol to see family and friends.

In the evenings I usually am usually watching TV in the living room and always up for company watching a movie or series but also can respect each others privacy too.

I am open to both short and long term lets and quite flexible and open for discussion on how we can work things to suit you.

The flat is a 2 bedroom luxury flat based in South Bristol. The room is a double, not en-suite but the downstairs bathroom will be solely for your use.

The room can come with our without a car parking space and this will depend on the rent but all bills would be included.
