Hi! I’m Sam, a 29 year old currently working in Knaresborough. I’m looking for a room closer to work and a bit less rural as I currently live in Pool in Wharfedale, so either Harrogate or Knaresborough would be preferable.

I'd describe myself as very easy going and respectful, I'm clean and tidy, especially in shared spaces. I'm generally quite quiet but more than happy to socialise on occasion over some food/drinks/movies/games. I work a standard Monday to Friday 9-5 so I will be out of the house for most of the day.

I'm looking for a room in a chilled out, sociable house, preferably not too many people and ideally with a parking space. I'd prefer to be with people who are reasonably the same age but not too fussy.
I'm ready to move in ASAP and I'm also open to buddy-ups to split a 2/3 bed apartment/house.

Budget is £700pcm with bills included.
