*Looking for a Flatmate – North or East London | £900pcm | Move-in Flexible*

Hey, I'm Anna, turning 29 in the next couple of weeks and looking for a new place to call home in North or East London. My budget’s around £900pcm (flexible for the right fit), and I’d ideally like to live with one or two people around a similar age. I’m happy to live with women or non-binary flatmates, please no men.

I’ve been living in the Camden area, which I love, but I’m now looking for a new place as I’m moving out after living with my boyfriend. Most of my friends are based in East London, so that side of the city definitely feels like home too.

I work part-time for a homelessness charity, with varied shifts across the week and weekends (usually between 9am and 9pm), and I’m office-based full-time, and I'm studying a part-time masters degree in Forensic Psychology, so I’m out quite a bit. When I’m home, I like things to feel calm and relaxed. I’m someone who values an early night (can’t function without sleep!), though I do enjoy the occasional big night out when I have the time.

Outside of work and studying, I’m into heavy metal & rock gigs, lazy Sundays at the pub, trash TV, and travelling, most recently visited Hong Kong. I’d love to find somewhere that feels like a proper home with friendly, easygoing flatmates who are respectful of each others belongings, and happy to hang out now and then but respectful of personal space.

I also bring a slightly over-the-top collection of Le Creuset cookware (been collecting for years), an extremely comfy sofa, and a ninja airfryer! I’m happy living with dogs, but I’m sadly allergic to cats.
