**I am looking for a self-contained studio / room with own bathroom & kitchenette INSIDE the room.**

I am looking for a short-term to possibly long-term, or a rolling agreement.

About me:
- a single full-time professional female, age 30s, born and raised in London.
- I do not smoke or have any children or pets.
- I like quiet, clean, and tidy environments.
- I like to read and to go for walks.

Budget:
- Total budget once all bills (council tax, electricity, gas, water, internet) are added is between £700 and £1100.
