Looking for a room in Birmingham

I'm looking for a room to rent either near the city centre or with good transport links.

I'm looking for somewhere for around 6 months until i find my own place in Birmingham. My only essential need would be a place where i could work from home when needed (decent internet and enough space in my room for me to put a small desk for the occasional Teams calls).

I sometimes work in Newark, Peterborough and London so will often be working away (perhaps 5-10 days per month).

About me:

I am a 43 year-old senior Analyst working for a ftse 100. I used to live in Birmingham for many years but haven't lived here since 2017 and very keen to move back. I've got many hobbies such as making music, cooking, psychology and I enjoy most of the normal things such as exercise, films, dining out etc.

I'm very reliable when it comes paying rent on time and will of course be very respectful of your home.

I'd prefer to live in a smaller household of 2-3 people but this is not essential. I can be flexible with a move in date between May and July.
