Professional woman looking for a townhouse (🏡)

Hey! I’m a 26 working in Project Managment, looking for a double room to rent in central Manchester. I’m available to move from late August- September and happy with a budget of £700-£950 (bills included).

A bit about me: I’m super laid-back, into fitness and health, love to cook, hike, read, do yoga,. Don’t drink or smoke. I’m sociable but totally respect personal space. I spend about 3–4 days a week working from home. That said, I’m usually out and about during the day. I’m clean, quiet, and respectful, and I’m someone who prefers reading or exercising (philosophy, history etc) over watching much TV.

What I’m looking for:
✨ A home with a small garden (green space = happiness).
✨ A pet-friendly place where I can bring my cat, Beans. He’s very polite, well-behaved Persian—doesn’t meow for attention, beg for food, or cause any chaos.
