Hi,
I am looking for the following:
- Studio or double room
- Move-in date (ideally) 10th December
- Duration: until mid April, but am open to shorter periods
- Furnished
- Location: Zone 1 or 2 (Hackney / Islington / Camden /
Brixton / Lambeth / Southwark / Tower Hamlets)
- Total number of flatmates (including myself) = max 3 (but 2 preferred)
- a clean, quiet place / no party flat
- max. budget is 900 incl. bills
Some info about me:
I work in the finance industry. I am a tidy, relaxed and quiet person. Although I enjoy having time to myself, I am always happy to have a chat / drink / dinner with my flatmate(s).
In my leisure time, I make and listen to music (mostly on headphones), practice yoga and like to go to concerts, restaurants, museums. Apart from that I am vegetarian, but I am quite tolerant in case there is meat in the kitchen. :)
At the moment, I work from home 50%.
