Hello Future Flatmate,

I’m a 35‑year‑old female professional, tidy, clean and respectful (I know everyone says it, but I actually mean it and can bring references 😀). Former lead tenant with tons of years of houseshare experience. I work as a digital project manager (permanent, full-time) in Chiswick Business Park, and usually work 9–6, with working from home 2 days a week, so reliable wifi and space for a desk in my room are super important. I’m Hungarian and have lived in Chiswick for 8 years, currently near South Acton.

Looking for:
• Spacious double room (en‑suite a bonus)
• Budget: £900–£1,100 pcm incl. bills (water, electricity, gas, internet, council tax)
• Move‑in: 21–28 March
• Minimum 6‑month stay

Preferred areas:
Chiswick ideally, but also Acton, Ealing, Hammersmith, or anywhere within a 40-minute commute to Chiswick Business Park (Mildmay, District or Piccadilly lines).

About me
I’m always friendly and polite but can be a bit shy at first; however, once I settle in, I’m a good listener and problem‑solver. Most evenings I’m at home cooking, experimenting with recipes, doing puzzles, learning something new, or watching Netflix or YouTube. I really enjoy trying out events and workshops in London (I co‑organise my company’s board game club *slight brag* 😀), but overall I’m a pretty chill person who is often happy in her own world and occasionally up for a hangout.

My dream home setup
The dream is a clean, well‑managed and well‑maintained flat/house, with:
• Adequate heating, good water pressure, and decent insulation (I know this sounds basic, but sadly not always a given 😔)
• A proper kitchen with a washing machine, oven and all the basics
• A living room and some storage would be amazing

My ideal flatmates
In my ideal world, we are people who live their own lives but are friendly and considerate. We are good communicators who talk things through and discuss issues openly with a mindset to find a compromise that works for all. We are considerate about each other when it comes to noise, using the shared spaces and items, or bringing guests over. Of course, I'm fine with partners/guests within reason. Most importantly, I do not want to live in a place full of parties and gatherings, and would very much prefer a chill and quiet home. All in all, I'm looking for a friendly, chilled flatshare (mixed or all‑female) where people say hi and hang out sometimes, but also respect personal space.
