Room Wanted For Young Professional

I'm looking for a room for myself and my cat - both friendly, clean, and tidy, but quiet and pretty chilled. I work full time as the branch manager of an opticians, including Saturdays and some Sundays, and have a weekday off. My cat is very friendly with people when he gets to know them but doesn't do so well with other animals. I'm ideally looking for a double room in a quiet house, with preferably one other housemate, in a location with easy access to the outdoors. I love cooking and bring with me lots of kitchen utensils and gadgets I'm happy to share!

I've been in my current houseshare for 2.5 years and only moving to be closer to work, so I can be flexible on dates.

I'm also open to a buddy-up with the right person.
