Hello there!

I’m looking for a new place to rent from July (ideally - but I have some flexibility and happy to discuss for the right place & flatmates & arrangements!). My budget is £1000-1200 per month give or take, again these’s flexibility for the right place!

I’m a 32-year-old copywriter & content manager working with several clients in the tech/fashion/design spaces. Outside of work I work out regularly, do pilates and just started climbing/bouldering recently. I’m a huge fan of the arts, theatre and music in general. We’ll get along if you also have a bit of a creative streak!

I work mostly from home, barring the occasional work trips and co-working space/cafe days. I’m happy to live further out as long as there’s good public transport links. I look forward to being friends with the right people that I live with, but I also understand and respect boundaries. I’ve lived with both flatmates (tenants) and landlords (as lodgers).

I’m happy to chip in extra for bills, or better, help look after your pets if you’ve got any! In fact, I’m travelling for the majority of May in Switzerland to pet-sit for a friend :) Dogs and cats generally like me, and I’ve been living with them for the past five years.
