Reliable professional looking for cosy home

I'm looking for a spot to call home as I settle back into single life after the end of a long-term relationship. I'd enjoy sharing space with friendly, respectful and clean housemates. Although, bonus points if you have pets! I'd prefer a private bathroom, and I'm also looking for a property that has some outside space - either a garden, patio, or balcony. Having lots of natural light in my space is important to me.

I have a job that I love at a local university, I work at the office 3 days a week and wfh 2 days. Having somewhere I can set up my desk is important - although I have been known to do my admin work while on the sofa at the end of a day of online meetings.

After a busy day I like to change into my PJ's, cook something yummy and enjoy watching TV or crafting before bed. I won't be a messy or noisy roommate and prefer a hot chocolate and an early night to any party.

I describe myself as a bit of an ambivert. Sometimes extroverted, sometimes introverted. I'd love to get to know my flatmates, go for walks together, cook and eat together sometimes, perhaps find a local pub quiz to go to once a week. However, I also enjoy a quiet moment to myself every now and then.
