Arty musician seeks home

I need somewhere to live from April onwards :)

I’m Ella, 32, she/her, a freelance musician/artist/guitar-mender/designer and general creative handy person.

I’m generally very chill at home, I cook a lot and make art. I sometimes practice guitar and singing but I have a rehearsal space in Manor House I usually use for that.

I am respectful of shared spaces and have lived away from home for 11 years in flatshares so I understand the importance of being considerate/tolerant in communal living arrangements.

On weekends i am usually out playing/attending gigs or celebrating something. I stay pretty busy overall but I’m a very social person and like to hang out with people at home for meals/drinks/films etc :)

Parties at home are cool, I love a good knees up and I am an excellent host, but sleeping is cool too so I like to keep big noisy ones occasional.

My interests include art, music, social justice, yoga, design, cooking, beer, the pub, guitar music, having a boogie, animals, having a giggle and I love my friends and family a LOT.

My ideal situation is to live in a place with likeminded creative people and enough space for being creative. A warehouse is probably the goal!

I have furnished my homes myself so far, meaning I’d preferably move into an unfurnished room with a few places around communal areas for some lovely vintage pieces of furniture too (although i can sell/store some of it).

My reason for needing a new home is simple - I am taking a trip until the end of March and my current housemates don't seem very up for me doing a sublet so I'm moving into storage for the duration of my time away.

Non-negotiable: My home must be LGBTQIA+ welcoming and very inclusive in general - thank youuuu!!!
