35, creative looking for a lovely double room

Hello, I'm Hannah (35), I work in the photography industry and I'm looking for a lovely, calm, clean house share to call home.

I'm looking to share with ideally just 1 other person, maximum 2 (please don't get in touch if there are more than 3 housemates in total, as this is not something I am interested in).

Preferably East/North-East London areas: Clapton, Stoke Newington, Hackney, Highbury, Islington, Walthamstow, De Beauvoir Town, Haggerston.

I'm a friendly and sociable creative but also value my own space/down time. Extremely tidy and take pride in having a beautiful, clean and considered home. Looking for somewhere that feels comfortable and relaxed, and definitely not a party house.

I like going to see live music, films, exhibitions, good coffee, going for a drink, dinners, yoga, walking, having a chat over a cup of tea, good design, travel.
