Hey! I'm Martin, 29, and I'm looking for a room in Edinburgh. My budget is up to £700 a month including bills, and I'm pretty flexible with the move in date.

I'm easy going, sociable and generally pretty active. I enjoy going out for coffee or drinks, cooking, live music and travelling when I get the chance. I'm also into the gym, running and bouldering, so I'm usually out and about doing something.

As a flatmate, I'm clean and tidy, respectful of other people's space and easy to get along with. I'm always happy to have a chat, cook together or grab a drink, but I'm equally comfortable doing my own thing and don't expect flatmates to be joined at the hip.

I'm looking for a furnished room in a clean, relaxed flat or house, and I'm open to both short-term and long-term lets.

Happy to provide references or answer any questions. Also very happy to grab a coffee or drink beforehand to see if we'd be a good fit as flatmates.
