Looking for a double room :)

Hi!

I’m Sajeevan and I’m currently looking for a double room in London. Ideally north of the river and close to a tube station (cycling-close is fine as long as the stations less than a 10mins cycle away). I work from home entirely atm, my office is quite far away in Richmond but if the house is close to the office I would be going in around 3 times a week.

I’m Queer/non binary(he/they) and looking for people with progressive values to live with (LGBT+ and POC friendly). Also ideally max a four bed/person household, including me, to live in.

I’m pretty easy going, sociable but also like time to myself! I work as a data engineer for a retail tech company. I like to read, draw or swim/cycle in my free time. Maybe visit a pet store or lounge at the park with housemates and friends if it’s sunny! I'd like to live in a home where we all know eachother rather than just paying the bills and keeping to ourselves.

I'm looking for housemates that are considerate of the next person using the bathroom/kitchen. Ideally a shoes off at the front door household and we respect a cleaning rota or have a cleaner.

I’d prefer that house concerns/conflicts are discussed in person and not over texts as it’s really difficult to gauge tone and be truly vulnerable.

I wouldnt be comfortable living with people crashing out on sofas for weeks or people that travel a lot and airbnb/sublet the place out constantly. Looking for something stable, more of a more dinner party household than an after party. I do like a good night out though (Dub/jungle/dnb…)!
