Flat/room in London

Jimmy (Aussie, 32) and I, Cat (British, 32), are looking for a flat to move into in July/August. Our interests include cooking, rock climbing, travelling, reading, art, and discovering good food local food joints. Jimmy is in the process of obtaining his PhD in Roman History at Oxford and I am (sadly) living the full-time work life as a civil servant.
Although we have been living together for the past two years in a one-bedroom apartment, we have both lived in many different share houses and are very familiar with the importance of observing cleaning rotas, personal space, and being upfront about any issues that arise. Everybody on these platforms mentions their respectability, cleanliness, and conviviality, which is hard to prove in a simple bio. So here are some honest reflections about our habits: we constantly laugh and make jokes (humour is the spice of life), we are introverted extroverts (we like hanging out with our friends, but do not crave social engagement), we are early risers (but not the kind that makes everybody feel bad by going on marathon-length runs), we do not take ourselves too seriously, and we like making a house feel like a home through cooking, shared activities, and decorating (we have way too many paintings, sourced from various flea markets!).
