Seeking a Studio/1-bed flat or house-share

Hi,

My name's Xander. I'm 33 years old, gay and born here in Manchester. Recently out of work working for NHS with intentions of studying for TEFL to teach English as a foreign language.

I'm currently seeking a studio, 1 bed flat, a double room in shared accommodation or a buddy up.

I'm not much of a drinker either but I like the odd glass of Red with my meal sometimes or a nice cold lager shandy - and when I do go out and have a drink, it's generally either an afternoon tipple meeting and catching up with someone, a refreshing pint out in some pub beer garden somewhere out in the countryside having been for a little hike somewhere, or out in the sunshine doing something social with friends like a picnic on the beach, or even just out in the garden.

I don't have any pets but don't mind if you do! (Preferabbly no tarantulas though! My arachnophobia wouldn't thank you!)

I believe I ticked my interests previously so hopefully they'll be showing somewhere but just in case a few things I'm into is cooking, relaxing, meditating (don't worry I don't hum or make any weird noises!), TV/Film/Cinema, travel, technology (computers, photoshop, software...), fresh Blueberry Juice (it has to be fresh!), nature, poetry, adventures, and kind, fun, friendly people!
